Alright. I've decided. I need to write less, write more. I psyche myself out of writing consistently on this blog because I worry about whether my posts are 'meaty' or worth reading. But that approach hasn't been working so I'm going to switch to more informal, frequent posts. Hopefully this starts a habit which, in the process of writing more frequently, leads to the more substantial articles and posts I want to produce. In the near future, I plan on writing about 1) my family photo scanning project, 2) my upcoming trip to Scandinavia, and 3) more random musings. And with that, thanks for reading!
I am definitely well into Block two of medical school and I haven’t updated this blog with any true thoughts or writing. I’m a bit frustrated that I don’t make time to write here.
However, the past few weeks I found myself pushed and pushed to create. I’m in a Narrative Medicine elective, facilitated by ER doc Naomi Rosenberg, which has inspired me tremendously. I know for sure that art is an essential part of how I will practice medicine. It’s way too late in the night to write lengthy, coherent thoughts, but I’ll share what I’m working on!
It’s been a while - medical school keeps me busy. But I finally had time to get around to editing one of my summer projects. I’m happy to share a collaboration between and one of my medical school classmates, Cyrus! Also featuring Amber Quinones and Julie Ni!
It’s been difficult to write deeply on this trip.
Restarting writing, again.
